Plan on about an hour to an hour and a half a week for the six months of the program.
Mastermind groups meet twice a month for 4 months, for 90 minutes each session
Assessments require a couple hours of your time, spread out over about a month
Coaching is once or twice a month, for an hour each session

Some participants seek sponsorship from their employer. We’d be happy to support you in making the case to your organization and in finding the right way to structure your participation
- While some participants have been executives in Fortune 500 companies and large financial institutions, others have been professors, deans, social workers, entrepreneurs, lawyers, architects, diplomats, educators, and consultants
- Diversity of professional pursuit and educational background enrich the interchange among participants – as does other kinds of diversity among participants, such as race, ethnicity, nationality, geography, & gender expression
Heroes Journey is the only program in the world (to our knowledge) that is customized specifically for highly accomplished gay, bi, and queer men. We create a safe environment for participants to lower their defenses, share their experiences, and benefit from the support and experience of other LGBTQ+ men to work through their leadership challenges.
