Getting started
As we explore working together, you’ll tell me what has you seek coaching
We’ll notice what it feels like to be in relationship with each other to discern fit
We’ll align on a timeframe and cadence for our work together, as well as fee and payment schedule
I’ll ask questions to clarify what matters most to you in your initial development goals
We will use rigorous, research-based psychometric assessments to generate data and fresh insights that clarify further what personal growth and leadership development could entail for you at this point in life
Designing our work together
Because adult development takes time, our work together will typically take 6 months or more
Because inertia impedes shifting habits of mind, heart, and action, our sessions will happen twice a month – or more often, if needed
Because most of the work of growing happens between coaching sessions, we will create accountability structures to keep focus on your action steps
Because you as the client set the agenda, I will help you learn to make the most of coaching for your benefit
Because training, credentials, and ethical boundaries matter, you can count on me to adhere to the standards of the International Coaching Federation
